Academic Tutors
When subject-specific academic tutoring is part of your support plan, you’ll be matched with a highly capable tutor selected from a pool of accomplished college students majoring in your area of need. Many of our tutors are enrolled in teacher preparation programs or serve in their university's official tutoring centers, bringing both expertise and practical teaching experience.
What sets our approach apart is the close collaboration between your Academic Coach and tutor. Unlike typical tutoring services, your Academic Coach actively oversees the tutoring process, ensuring that each session aligns with course objectives and the student's unique learning needs. Through regular communication with both the tutor and classroom teacher, your Academic Coach monitors progress and refines strategies to maximize effectiveness.
