As the 504 interventionist in my district, I am the one others turn to with their 504 questions. Whenever I encounter a particularly complex case, I reach out to Shelly. Her advice is consistently timely, thoughtful, practical, relevant and is often accompanied by the OCR reference, case law citation or her own visual representation that clarifies a concept. I trust that the guidance I receive from Shelly is not only aligned with the law but also considers the best interests of the student, the staff, and the program.
