Share your goals and we’ll guide you from there.
We start by learning a little about you and your goals, so we can recommend the right path forward. Whether you’re exploring academic coaching, executive function support, or college advising, our process is designed to meet you where you are and move at your family’s pace.
Step 1 — Complete a Quick Interest Form
Let me know a bit about your needs and interests through our brief College Advising Interest Form or Academic Coaching Screening Form. It helps us start with your goals in mind.
Step 2 — Schedule a Brief Call
Once I’ve reviewed your form, I’ll follow up within a couple of days to arrange a short introductory phone call. We’ll clarify what you’re looking for and ensure we’re aligned before moving forward.
Step 3 — Join a Consultation Meeting
Next, we’ll meet for a collaborative consultation, typically with both parent(s) and student. This brief conversation gives us a chance to explore your goals more deeply.
Step 4 — Consider Your Personalized Proposal
I’ll craft a customized plan reflecting your student’s needs and aspirations. You’re invited to review it on your timeline, with no pressure to decide. When you’re ready, I’ll be here to answer any questions and guide you through next steps.
Documentation Requested (For Academic Coaching & Disability Support)
To design the most effective plan, we’ll kindly ask for a few things before your first session:
School records — such as report cards, transcripts, test scores, or progress reports
Relevant medical or disability documentation, if applicable
A completed intake form to learn more about your student’s goals and needs
Optional: Release of information to allow communication with school staff, if helpful
No specific records are required for College Advising!
Share your goals through our College Advising Interest Form or Academic Coaching Screening Form, and we’ll guide you from there.
Whether your student needs to be prepared for their road ahead...
Or needs support in removing the obstacles in their path...
