Share your goals and we’ll guide you from there.
First, we learn about you and your goals to recommend the best path forward. Whether exploring academic coaching, executive function support, or college advising, the process meets you where you are and moves at your family’s pace.
Step 1 — Complete a Quick Interest Form
Start by completing our brief College Advising Interest Form or Academic Coaching Screening Form. This helps guide the first conversation.
Step 2 — Schedule a Brief Call
After your form is reviewed, a quick call will be scheduled within a couple of days to discuss goals and confirm fit
Step 3 — Join a Consultation Meeting
Meet for a collaborative consultation, usually with both parent(s) and student. This short conversation helps explore goals more deeply.
Step 4 — Consider Your Personalized Proposal
Review a customized plan at your own pace—getting started with the first session officially begins the coaching process
Documentation Requested (For Academic Coaching & Disability Support, only)
To create the most effective plan, a few items are requested before the first session:
School records — report cards, transcripts, test scores, or progress reports
Relevant medical or disability documentation, if applicable
Completed intake form — to share your student’s goals and needs
Note: No specific records are required for College Advising.
Share your goals through our College Advising Interest Form or Academic Coaching Screening Form, and we’ll guide you from there.
Whether your student needs to be prepared for their road ahead...
Or needs support in removing the obstacles in their path...
